Free and Reduced Lunch Application

This program provides free or reduced priced meals to all the children in a household if the household income is below 185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

  • Children in Households with income at or below 130 percent of the Federal poverty guidelines are entitled to receive free meals.

  • Children are entitled to pay a reduced price (40¢ or less) for meals if their household income is above 130 percent but at or below 185 percent of these guidelines.

  • All children in households receiving benefits from SNAP, FDPIR or TANF are eligible for free meals.

  • Foster children under the legal responsibility of a foster care agency or court are eligible for free meals.

  • Children participating in their school's Head Start program are eligible for free meals.

This program provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service.

A household is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program if the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines ($60,000 per year for a family of 4), or if at least one member of the household meets at least one of the criteria below:

  • Receives SNAP Benefits

  • Receives Medicaid

  • Receives Federal Public Housing Assistance

  • Received Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

  • Receives WIC

  • Receives Lifeline

  • Participates in the Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program

  • Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year
